This project consisted of replacing existing storage mezzanine with higher capacity structural steel frame in order to pour a second level concrete deck. The second level required an additional egress stair to be added to the exterior of the building. Interior convenience steel stairs were also added. Interior overhead doors were replaced with overhead doors that work with new clearances of the 2nd floor.  Interior spaces were redesigned for the tool issue counter with motorized shutter, and removal of existing raised platform. This required openings to the hangar pass through windows to be modified. Additional scopes included Mechanical and Electrical modifications interior, drywall and framing and the addition of a vertical lift platform to move larger items to the 2nd floor.
